3. Account Registration

zk567 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document before withdrawals are processed. zk567 may suspend account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The zk567 platform processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your zk567 account and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• zk567 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds held in your zk567 account do not accrue interest.
• zk567 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any banking institution.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zk567 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event. These rules are published within the applicable game or sports betting section and form part of these Terms. General provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zk567 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• zk567 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded or where incorrect odds were published as a result of a manifest error.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During the exclusion period, you will be unable to access or use the zk567 platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk567 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. zk567 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. 11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon closure, verified funds not subject to bonus wagering requirements or fraud investigations will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Amendments

zk567 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the zk567 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
